You may not duplicate, redistribute, republish, mirror, or repackage any proprietary brand assets or visual templates without written consent from ImgMonk.

Your Images Remain Yours: Any image file processed, compressed, cropped, or converted using ImgMonk is the exclusive property of the user. ImgMonk claims zero ownership or copyright over your input files or output files.

ImgMonk is built on the shoulders of giants. We proudly utilize the following open-source libraries, frameworks, and tools to power our client-side processing engine. Each library is the copyright of its respective creators and is used in accordance with its licensing terms (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0):

  • jQuery (v3.7.1): A fast, lightweight JavaScript library that simplifies DOM traversal and event handling. Licensed under the MIT License.

  • heic2any: Client-side conversion of HEIC/HEIF images to PNG or JPEG. Licensed under the MIT License.

Because we do not store, host, or cache user-uploaded images on our servers, we cannot verify, take down, or inspect any image processing pipelines initiated by individual users.
